Priced per person, not per action
An agent that works harder should not cost more to keep. The approval gate is on every plan, including the free one — it is how the product is built, not a tier.
Plans and prices are shown on the sign-up page, read live from the billing catalogue so they always match what you would actually be charged.
NoteRuns and voice minutes draw on your plan's allowance. What is left is on the usage screen inside the product, before anything beyond it is charged.
Billing questions
- What counts as a seat?
- A person who signs in. Agents are not seats and never have been — an agent that works harder should not cost more to keep.
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. It does not expire and it does not need a card. It is capped on credits and agents rather than on time.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- Runs stop rather than silently billing you. You can top up or wait for the allowance to reset, and what is left is on the usage screen before you get near it.
- Can I change plan part-way through a month?
- Yes. Stripe prorates the difference, so you pay for what you actually used at each level.
- Are these prices inclusive of VAT?
- The VAT treatment is stated on each plan at checkout, because it depends on where you are and whether you have given us a VAT number.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- The workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, and you can export it. Nothing is destroyed on the day a payment fails.
- Do you charge per action or per agent run?
- No. Runs and voice minutes draw on your plan's allowance, and anything past that is a top-up you choose to buy — not a surprise on the invoice.
