About
Agent operations for small retail teams
Hawi assigns repeated stock, order, supplier and support work to named agents, and gives you a queue for the decisions you want to make yourself.
Why it exists
The tools that handle this work well were built for companies with an operations department. They are priced for one, and more importantly they are shaped for one: they assume somebody owns each queue, that a handover has a person on both ends, and that somebody is watching the exceptions.
In a shop of two, nobody owns each queue. The same person is the buyer, the packer, the support desk and the one who notices that a line is about to run out. The work does not get missed because it is hard — it gets missed because it arrives while that person is doing the other four jobs.
Hawi gives the repeated checking, chasing and drafting to agents. Refunds, purchases, supplier commitments and other irreversible actions stay in a named person's approval queue.
What it will not do
The money line is not a setting
Refunds, purchases, supplier commitments and other irreversible actions can be routed to a named person before they run, with a ceiling per agent for what does not need asking.
Say what is connected, and what is not
Every provider states which route its access takes and whether that route is live in your workspace. A connector that is listed but not configured says so rather than failing silently the first time an agent needs it.
An agent's work is readable afterwards
Every run keeps what it read, what it called and what it decided. When something goes wrong the answer is in the transcript rather than in a guess about what the model was thinking.
Start with one agent and one job.
